Son of the living God, protect your people.
Lord Jesus, we pray for your Catholic Church,
- make it holy, so that your kingdom may be established among all nations.
We pray for the sick and the sorrowful, for hose in bondage and in exile,
- that they may receive consolation and help.
We pray for those who have turned away from your paths,
- that they may experience the grace of your forgiveness and the joy of rising to new life.
Crucified and risen Savior, you will come to judge the world,
- have mercy on us sinners.
We pray for all the living,
- and for all who have gone from us in the hope of resurrection.
Our Father...
In rising from the dead, Christ destroyed death and restored life. Let us cry out to him, saying:
Lord Jesus, you live forever; hear our prayer.
You are the stone rejected by the builders which became the chief cornerstone,
- make us living stones in the temple of your Church.
You are the faithful and true witness, the first born from the dead,
- make your church bear constant witness to yourself.
You alone are the Bridegroom of the Church, born from your wounded side,
- make us reveal to the world the love of Bridegroom and Bride.
You are the first and the last, you were dead and are alive,
- keep those who have been baptized faithful until death, that they may receive the crown of victory.
Our Father...
Sun. 3 God our Father,
may we look forward with hope
to our resurrection,
for you have made us your sons and daughters,
and restored the joy of our youth.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
Sun. 4 Almighty and ever-living God,
give us new strength
from the courage of Christ our shepherd,
and lead us to join the saints in heaven,
where he lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
Sun. 5 God our Father,
look upon us with love.
You redeem us and make us your children in Christ.
Give us true freedom
and bring us to the inheritance you promised.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen
Sun. 6 Ever-living God,
help us to celebrate our joy
in the resurrection of the Lord
and to express in our lives
the love we celebrate.
Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen
Christ is the Lord of life, raised up by the Father; in his turn he will raise us up by his power. Let us pray to him, saying:
Christ our life, save us.
Lord Jesus, light shining in the darkness, you lead your people into life, and give our mortal nature the gift of holiness,
- may we spend this day in praise of your glory.
Lord, you walked the way of suffering and crucifixion,
- may we suffer and die with you, and rise again to share your glory.
Son of the Father, our master and our brother, you have made us a kingdom of priests for our God,
- may we offer you our joyful sacrifice of praise.
King of glory, we look forward to the great day of your coming in splendor,
- that we may see you face to face, and be transformed in your likeness.
Our Father...
God the almighty Father raised Jesus as the firstborn from the dead, and made him our Savior. Let us call upon him, saying:
Give us, Lord, the glory of your Son.
All-holy Father, you brought your beloved Son Jesus from the darkness of death into the splendor of your glory,
- bring us also into your marvelous light.
You have given us faith to save us,
- may we live by the faith of our baptism.
You command us to seek the things that are above, where Christ is seated at your right hand,
- do not let us be deceived by the allurements of sin.
May our life, hidden with Christ in you, our Father, shine before the world,
- foreshadowing a new heaven and a new earth.
Our Father...

With joy in our hearts, let us call upon Christ the Lord, who died and rose again, and lives always to intercede for us:
Victorious King, hear our prayer.
Light and salvation of all peoples,
- send into our hearts the fire of your Spirit, as we proclaim your resurrection.
Let Israel recognize in you her longed-for Messiah,
- and the whole earth be filled with the knowledge of your glory.
Keep us in the communion of your saints,
- and grant us rest from our labors in their company.
You have triumphed over death, your enemy; destroy in us the power of death,
- that we may live only for you, victorious and immortal Lord.
Savior Christ, you were obedient even to accepting death, and we were raised up to the right hand of the Father,
- in your goodness welcome your brothers and sisters into the kingdom of your glory.
Our Father...
God the Father raised Christ from the dead and exalted him at his right hand. Let us pray to the Father, saying:
Through Christ in glory, watch over your people, Lord
Righteous Father, you lifted Jesus above the earth through the triumph of the cross,
- may all things be lifted up in Him.
Through your Son in glory, send the Holy Spirit upon the Church.
- that it may be the sacrament of unity for the whole human race.
You have brought a new family into being through water and the Holy Spirit,
- keep them faithful to their baptism, and bring them to everlasting life.
Through your exalted Son, help those in distress, free those in captivity, heal the sick.
- and by your blessings give joy to the world.
You nourished our deceased brothers and sisters with the body and blood of the risen Christ.
- raise them up at the last day.
