Terce (Mid Morning)
O God, make speed to save us
O Lord, make haste to help us.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

Psalms

Antiphon:
Save us, Christ our Saviour, by the power of your cross; /you rescued Peter on the sea, have mercy on us.
Reading
In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to the one who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a Son, he learned obedience through what he suffered; and having been made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him. - Hebrews 5:7-9

Responsory
We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you.
     - By your holy cross, you have redeemed the world.

Prayer
God our Father,
in obedience to you
your only Son accepted death on the cross
for the salvation of mankind.
We acknowledge the mystery of the cross on earth.
May we receive the gift of redemption in heaven.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord,
Who live and reigns with you and Holy Spirit
One God, forever and ever, Amen.

Sext (Noon)
O God, make speed to save us
O Lord, make haste to help us.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

Psalms

Antiphon
Save us by the power of your cross, O Christ our Redeemer, for by dying you destroyed death and by rising you restored life.

The sign of the cross will appear in the heavens
     - When the Lord comes to judge us.
